Andrea first joined The Schauble Team in October of 2007. She started her career in Real Estate in 2005, arriving at Keller Williams in February of 2006. As an independent agent she saw the beauty of having a team aspect to help her clients in multiple areas all at the same time. Now as a buyer's agent, Andrea can focus on the new arrivals on the market, showing homes, and helping buyers understand finaces, escrows, and the contacts required to purchase their new home. She especially enjoys working with first time home buyers and educating her clients about the process they are about to undertake. Andrea believes, "It is an important descion for a first time buyer and the excitement it brings to give someone their first set of keys is why I do what I do. It is very rewarding." Overall, she loves watching Peoria grow and being a part of that transition.

Linda is the Transaction Manager for The Schauble Team. She and Christine will coordinate the many details regarding title work, deed, inspections, appraisal, closing dates, loan approval, and other paperwork involved in the sale from the time an offer is received until the transfer of title at the closing. Linda is here to oversee the considerable amount of work that must be done and the many small details that need attention to ensure a smooth transaction.
